[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services for legal counsel and advise for any matter corporation counsel has a conflict of interest, prepare written legal opinion and documents and perform other legal duties to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 6, 2015.
(3) Contract period shall be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
